This cozy hotel is ideally located at the heart of Neklid area, making it simple to enjoy all of the town's amenities. the room was spacious and the bathroom was well furnished. the staff was courteous and helpful, constantly going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A variety of delicious foods were available for breakfast. the rental shop inside the hotel made it very easy to plan a ski excursion.
That we encountered some language barriers with the staff, leading to some confusion.

The ski-in / ski-out location of this hotel was fantastic for us! the ski rental shop nearby was of excellent quality, and all the equipment was well maintained. the hotel restaurant had great food and reasonable prices, which we appreciated. We also enjoyed being able to bring our little one, who found everything she wanted to eat.
The hotel's heating was not very effective, and the room could get quite cold in icy weather. the quality of the bedding wasn't great, and that irked us a bit too.

The breakfast is definitely one of the best aspects of the stay. Fresh and variety of foods. The staff also cannot be faulted. They are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in a great location, nearby to shops, bars and restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and offer great scenic walks.
One of the worst aspects would be the uncomfortable beds, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep. the noise level from the outside street can be heard throughout the room, making it hard to relax.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the ski trail and situated in the centre of the town. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Furthermore, I found the hotel to be clean and had no issues with parking or transportation during my stay.
